We're really excited to relaunch our 2026 Seasonal Sip, Rhubarb Soda.
For this seasonal, we work with the 5th generation, Cook family farm, based in the famous Yorkshire Rhubarb Triangle. Their indoor rhubarb is bright pink, grown in the dark, hand-harvested by candle light and is absolutely delicious.
We've pressed the rhubarb to extract its vibrant & flavourful juice and have paired this with unrefined cane sugar, Essex sea salt, a small amount of organic apple cider vinegar and a mix of black & pink peppercorns. Our blend of ingredients allows the true taste of this incredible vegetable (yes that's right, rhubarb is a vegetable), to shine through in this delicious soda. We can't wait for you and your customers to try this fantastic seasonal sip.
