Oliveri limoncello panettone

The  Limoncello Panettone is double-leavened for 4 days , made only with live sourdough, and filled with pure Limoncello made from Sorrento lemons. The texture is extremely soft and the flavor is refreshing. It contains no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavorings, or vegetable fats.

It is 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand, with passion, since 1882.

Naturally leavened baked product with limoncello without raisins - Ingredients: wheat
flour , candied lemon (21%) (lemon peel (53% equal to 11% of the finished product), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), butter , fresh pasteurized egg yolk , sugar, limoncello (9%) (water, ethyl alcohol, sugar, lemon peel, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), sourdough starter ( wheat flour , water), water, milk , salt, cream, corn starch, Bourbon vanilla, lemon peel. May contain nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios), soy, sulphites, sesame and mustard.

Store in a cool, dry place at 20-22°C. Once opened, keep the product in its tightly closed bag.
