The Rum and Dark Chocolate Panettone has a Double leavened for 4 days
it is made only with live sourdough, it is filled with dark chocolate pearls and embellished with a drop of rhum . Inside are the black dots of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla . The texture is extremely soft, the flavor elegant yet bold. It is a very rich panettone but extremely digestible thanks to the long leavening and the use of high-quality raw materials. It contains no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavorings, or vegetable fats. It is 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand, with passion, as tradition dictates since 1882.
Naturally leavened baked product with rum and dark chocolate, without candied citrus peel and raisins - Ingredients: wheat flour , dark chocolate 50% (18%) (cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier: soylecithin ; natural vanilla flavor), sugar, butter , fresh pasteurized egg yolk , water, sourdough starter ( wheat flour , water), milk , rum (1%), candied orange paste (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, cream , corn starch, Bourbon vanilla, lemon zest. May contain nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios), sulphites, sesame, and mustard.
