Tasting Notes: Caramelised Walnuts and Rich Brownie.
This is the second bar in the Double Origin Series and also an addition to the Bakery Series. The bar unites the mildly spiced, sweet Haiti 60% chocolate with two inclusions. Firstly the nutty, creamy crunch of caramelised organic British walnuts sourced from Sharpham Park in Somerset followed by the rich, decadent brownie pieces from pump street Bakery in Suffolk.
Continuing on the range from the Madagascar and Sea Salt 55% bar, the wrap is illustrated by Suffolk based artist Annabel Pearl. For this bar she sought inspiration from Georgian botanical illustrations, depicting walnuts with their branches and leaves.
