Greeting card illustrating swans. Printed in England on an uncoated, light cream 300gsm Italian paper, which is recyclable, biodegradable and FSC certified. Adapted from Collection of quadrupedal animals: coloured plates without text, Georges-Louis Leclerc, Comte de Buffon (1754). Buffon’s 36 volume work, Histoire naturelle, générale et particuliére, influenced the evolutionary ideas of Lamarck. Courtesy University of Strasbourg Library. All our greeting cards are 170mm x 120mm (approx. 5” x 7”) and blank inside, individually wrapped in a compostable wrapper made from plants, with a 100% recycled, 110gsm kraft envelope.
